Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.


  • 6 ice cubes
  • 200g (7 oz) fresh pineapple
  • 200g (7 oz) fresh galia melon
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • Handful of seedless green grapes


  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Make sure all your fruit is peeled and then cut into manageable sizes.
  3. Juice each item of fruit and pour into the blender. Quickly blend slush with juice.
