Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 10 strawberries
- 300g (11 oz) fresh or tinned pineapple
- 2 kiwi fruits
- 120g (4 oz) raspberries
Method 1
- Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
- Make sure all your fruit is peeled and then cut into manageable sizes.
- Juice each item of fruit and pour into the blender. Quickly blend ice cubes with juice.

- Pour liquid into 2 glasses and add ice.
