Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.


  • 6 Ice cubes
  • 300ml (1/4 pint) pineapple Juice
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1 ripe mango
  • Sprigs of mint (optional)



  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Peel and chop the kiwi fruits.
  3. Peel, remove stone and chop mango.
  4. Add ingrediants into blender and blend until smooth.
