Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.

Ingredients

  • 10 ice cubes
  • 12 strawberries
  • 1 ripe mango
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

Method

  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Peel, remove stone and chop mango.
  3. Grate zest and juice lime into blender.
  4. Add strawberries and mango to blender.
  5. Blend until smooth.
