- 6 ice cubes
- 225g (8 oz) strawberries
- 1 banana
- 250ml (8 fl oz) natural yoghurt or low fat greek yoghurt
- 90ml (3 fl oz) skimmed milk
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- Optional berries depending on desired taste
- Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
- Add all ingredients into blender / smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
