Strawberry Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.

Ingredients

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 225g (8 oz) strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml (8 fl oz) natural yoghurt or low fat greek yoghurt
  • 90ml (3 fl oz) skimmed milk
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
  • Optional berries depending on desired taste

Method

  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender / smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
