Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.

Ingredients

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 3 – 4 oranges
  • 2 eating apples
  • 2 pears

Method 1

  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Make sure all your fruit is peeled and then cut into manageable sizes.
  3. Juice each item of fruit and pour into the blender. Quickly blend ice cubes with juice.

Method 2

  1. Make sure all your fruit is peeled and then cut into manageable sizes.
  2. Juice the fruit.
  3. Pour liquid into 2 glasses and add ice.
