This book seriously changed the way I plan and tackle my goals. It is a very simple reminder that everyone starts as a novice but through consistent, disciplined practice you can achieve anything. It’s an easy read, suitable for children. I read it on holiday in June 2018. Since then I have developed my own “code of conduct,” set monthly goals and always remind myself that fear is only the sensation that occurs between preparation and execution – it is easy to overcome fear with good preparation and a sprinkle of bravery.
