This book is all you need to understand why it’s vital to breathe properly. It is extremely well written because it is scientific but understandable. There are lots of techniques and exercises designed to reduce your breathlessness, anxiety and stress, whilst improving your sleep, sports performance and overall health. This stuff should be taught in schools… A must-read in my opinion!
