I love using chopsticks for so many reasons… It’s much easier to limit my food intake (to avoid that stuffy bloating feeling and aid digestion). They force me to eat mindfully and really appreciate the food I am putting into my mouth. They also help develop my fine motor skills, keeping my mind active and my coordination sharp. Obviously I don’t eat all foods with chopsticks but I find that using them every so often allows me to benefit from all of the above, and makes me even more grateful for the little things in life (i.e. a fork and spoon!).
