Matty Lansdown is a scientist, nutritionist and health coach that specialises in weight loss and self confidence for women and busy mother’s.
Starting out in the field of nutritional epi-genetics and spending several years working in hospitals as part of a disease research team, Matty believes that most disease and illness is not due to bad luck but as a result of poor nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Key quotes and takeaways from the show:
The world we live in now, with fast food, social media and access to sugar, is a completely different world to one our parents and grandparents lived in and that’s just one generation ago.
It was only a generation ago that we weren’t eating this much.
All humans, for all of human history, have been intermittent fasting.
Humans nowadays are maintaining blood sugar levels at the wrong end (high end) of the spectrum.
We are yet to outcompete nature.
More fasting does not mean “better”.
One tweak a week.
Sugar addiction is real.
“Dirty fast” – Can consume anything that doesn’t spike blood sugar or insulin during fasting windows.
“Clean fast” – Don’t consume any calories during fasting windows.
The average US citizen eats 6 to 11 times per day.
Vitamin D + Vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 is required for the absorption of D3. You can get vitamin K2 from grass fed animal products (i.e. meat).
You give energy out from your heart. It is called the toroidal field and its frequency can synchronise or conflict with that of others’.
