Fruit and Nut Yogurt Bowl | My Home Vitality

Serves: 1 person.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 handful of your favourite berries
  • 150g low fat Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Crush almonds and mix in a bowl with the sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Mix together with the yoghurt and berries.
