Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep, 2 minutes to cook.
- 1 tbsp crushed almonds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 handful of your favourite berries
- 150g low fat Greek yoghurt
- Crush almonds and mix in a bowl with the sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
- Mix together with the yoghurt and berries.
