Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.


  • 6 ice cubes
  • 200ml (7 fl oz) orange juice or freshly squeezed oranges
  • 2 banana’s
  • 200g (7 oz) fresh pineapple cut into chunks
  • 60g (2 oz) raspberries


  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Add orange juice, banana’s and pineapple and blend until smooth. This could take upto 45 seconds to get the correct consistency.
