Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.
- 6 ice cubes
- 200ml (7 fl oz) orange juice or freshly squeezed oranges
- 2 banana’s
- 200g (7 oz) fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 60g (2 oz) raspberries
- Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
- Add orange juice, banana’s and pineapple and blend until smooth. This could take upto 45 seconds to get the correct consistency.
