Ingredients For 2 Drinks
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 200ml (7 fl oz) Orange Juice or Freshly Squeezed Oranges
- 2 Banana’s
- 200g (7 oz) Fresh Pineapple Cut into Chunks
- 60g (2 oz) Raspberries
- Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
- Add orange juice, banana’s and pineapple and blend until smooth. This could take upto 45 seconds to get the correct consistency.
