Ingredients For 2 Drinks

  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 200ml (7 fl oz) Orange Juice or Freshly Squeezed Oranges
  • 2 Banana’s
  • 200g (7 oz) Fresh Pineapple Cut into Chunks
  • 60g (2 oz) Raspberries

Method

  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Add orange juice, banana’s and pineapple and blend until smooth. This could take upto 45 seconds to get the correct consistency.
