Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.

Ingredients

  • 10 ice cubes
  • 150ml (5fl oz) natural yoghurt / low fat greek yoghurt
  • 125g (4oz) blueberries
  • 1 peach
  • 200ml (7fl oz) apple juice

Method

Method

  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Peel, remove stone and chop peach.
  3. Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
