Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.
- 10 ice cubes
- 150ml (5fl oz) natural yoghurt / low fat greek yoghurt
- 125g (4oz) blueberries
- 1 peach
- 200ml (7fl oz) apple juice
- Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
- Peel, remove stone and chop peach.
- Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
