Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 large carrots
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp Spanish onion
- 2 tbsp sugar, or to taste
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp celery salt
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
- Finely chop the cabbage and carrot and add to a mixing bowl.
- Grate the onion into another smaller bowl with all the ingredients left.
- Whisk together and then add into the mixing bowl with the cabbage and carrot.
- Season to taste.
