Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep, 5 minutes to cook.
- 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 250ml almond milk
- 1/4 avocado
- Cut the avocado into small pieces.
- Fill the blender with almond milk.
- Add the whey protein, peanut butter and avocado to the milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add more milk if the smoothie becomes too thick.
