Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie

Serves: 1 person.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep, 5 minutes to make.


  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1/4 avocado


  1. Cut the avocado into small pieces.
  2. Fill the blender with almond milk.
  3. Add the whey protein, peanut butter and avocado to the milk.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add more milk if the smoothie becomes too thick.
