Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 eating apple
- 125g strawberries
- 125g blueberries
- Optional – kale and/or ginger (add amount required to your taste)
- Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
- Peel, remove core and chop apple.
- Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
