Summer Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 people.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep.


  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 eating apple
  • 125g strawberries
  • 125g blueberries
  • Optional – kale and/or ginger (add amount required to your taste)


  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Peel, remove core and chop apple.
  3. Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
