Ingredients For 2 Drinks
- Ice Cubes
- 400ml (14fl oz) Low Fat Milk / Almond Milk
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 60g (2 oz) Ground Almonds
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Clear Honey
- Optional – Unflavoured 25g (1 oz) Whey Protein
- Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
- Peel and cut bananas into small chunks.
- Add all ingredients into blender and process until a thick consistency is achieved.
