Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients For 2 Drinks

  • Ice Cubes
  • 400ml (14fl oz) Low Fat Milk / Almond Milk
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 60g (2 oz) Ground Almonds
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Clear Honey
  • Optional – Unflavoured 25g (1 oz) Whey Protein

Method

  1. Place ice cubes in blender / smoothie maker and blend until slushy.
  2. Peel and cut bananas into small chunks.
  3. Add all ingredients into blender and process until a thick consistency is achieved.
